Josh Loop is the Program Director at Veterans to Naval Careers. A proud alumnus of the United States Coast Guard Academy, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and California State University San Marcos, Josh holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA. With nine years of service in the US Coast Guard, where he held roles as Assistant Chief Engineer, Deck Watch Officer, and Lead Regional Port Engineer, Josh brings a wealth of experience to his role at VNC. He is a specialist in engineering, and his knowledge of renewable energy helps VNC build strong partnerships in both the government and private sectors.
Moses Maddox

Moses Maddox serves as the Recruitment and Talent Development Manager at Veterans to Naval Careers. A proud alumnus of California State University San Marcos, he earned a degree in Social Sciences with a Philosophy minor, and later completed a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. Since 2012, Moses has been dedicated to supporting veterans, drawing on over a decade of experience and eight years of Marine Corps service as a financial management technician, graves registration specialist, and civil affairs specialist. As a skilled mentor and LinkedIn expert, Moses is passionate about helping veterans confidently navigate their professional journeys and achieve success.

Stephanie Trevino is our Data Analyst at Veterans to Naval Careers. As a proud graduate of California State University San Marcos with a degree in Psychology, Stephanie has a strong background in supporting student success. During her time at CSUSM, she served as the President of the Student Veterans Organization and the lead mentor for the professional development program at VNC. With eight years of experience in the Marine Corps as a supply admin and operations specialist, Stephanie is a knowledgeable resource for student training and is an expert in Salesforce.
Fernando Green

Business Coordinator
Fernando Green is our Business Coordinator at Veterans to Naval Careers. As the main point of contact for VNC interns, Fernando manages program administration procedures to ensure smooth operations. Holding a degree in business administration with a focus on management and human resources from California State University San Marcos (where he graduated with honors), Fernando brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Prior to joining VNC, Fernando served as an infantryman in the US Army for five years.

Jamie serves as the go-to person for administrative management tasks, making her an important member of the Veterans to Naval Careers team. Jamie is essential in making sure that the business runs well, with a focus on travel and spending. In addition to her work at VNC, Jamie is also pursuing a law degree. Jamie, who spent twelve years in the US Army, adds a plethora of expertise to the position and is a key member of the VNC team.

A veteran himself, Tyler served six years in the Air Force and is passionate about helping fellow veterans transition into successful careers in the energy industry through his work at VNC.
